Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed after the cutoff time, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be dispatched on the next working day.

• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you via the email address you provided.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

• You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional re-shipping fees may apply.
